I combine my skills as a Vedic Meditation teacher, Nutrition, Business & Life Coach to help you basically become the Superhero version of yourself that is hiding underneath all the built up guck and junk (aka stress) currently keeping you from living your best life. We will work together to co-create the Bliss you seek. If you're sick of complaining and ready to step into the next level of awesomeness, you're in the right place. Using a combination of Vedic Meditation and Transformational Coaching support, we'll attract and work that Creation you're seeking.

What you can Expect from our Work Together

We'll start with a 4-day Vedic Meditation Intensive, and then dive into 3 or 6 months of 1-on-1 Transformational Coaching together. Vedic Meditation is an easy, effortless daily technique that has scientifically proven health benefits, physically and emotionally and dates back about 6,000 years. (Talk about tried-and-true!)

In our 1-on-1 coaching sessions, you can expect inspiration, laughter, risk-taking, accountability, stretching yourself (physically and emotionally), tears, challenges, strategic action steps, delicious foods, and the encouragement to start having daily dance parties! (Action Step 1: go do that right now! Crank up the music and dance like no one is watching!)

    1. Sign up for your one-on-one discovery session, or attend a Vedic Meditation group intro talk (available in-person and virtual)
    2. Learn to Meditate in the Intensive (90 minutes per day, 4 consecutive days)
    3. Unleash your inner Superhero by meditating daily
    4. Decide if you'd like additional coaching follow-ups

    To Each Other:

    • I am fully committed to your success by showing up with the most cutting edge coaching techniques and recommendations that I have thoroughly vetted for the highest quality.
    • I ask that you commit to showing up ready to explore what it is you'd like to work on, and taking the actions we agree on at the end of each coaching session.

    To Time:

    • Vedic Meditation Intensive: 90 minutes per day, over four consecutive days.
    • The on-going Meditation practice for the average person is 20 minutes, twice per day.
    • Transformational Coaching: approximately 1 hour, twice per month for 3 or 6 months.
