No-Grain Breakfast Porridge

1/3 Cauliflower, chopped
1/3 can coconut milk
1 tbsp ghee
1-2 tbsp hemp seeds
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon

Boil the cauliflower for 7-10 minutes until softened. Drain and add coconut milk, ghee, vanilla and cinnamon. Blend with an immersion blender (I used a regular blender, it works too!) to desired consistency. Top with hemp seeds & optionally berries, etc. (If you have a dairy sensitivity, ghee should be okay but you can always add coconut oil instead)
